All the relevant passport forms can be downloaded together with new information on the application process and fees. Please ensure you include with your application form all supporting documents required, the correct fee, and include an e-mail address in case we need to contact you. To avoid any delay in processing your application you should inform your credit card company in advance of sending your application to Washington.

Temporary passports can still be provided to customers where there is a genuine emergency.

What does this mean to you?

  • Look after your passport.
  • Check its validity.  (Passports can be renewed up to 9 months before they expire.  The extra time will be added on to the new passport’s period of validity.)
  • If you do not have a full validity passport, you will need to allow extra time to obtain one.
  • If you are a frequent traveller, to countries requiring a visa, please enquire at the counter about purchasing a second passport.
