Customers need to submit their applications direct to the UK Passport Service Centre for the Americas and Caribbean at the British Embassy in Washington.  Once the passport is ready, the UK Passport Service Centre in Washington will return the passport direct to the customer via the courier company, UPS.  Should you wish to use an alternative courier company to send your application to Washington please pay a one-way fee.  The Passport Service Centre will return your new passport via UPS (the courier costs will be charged to you along with the application fee).
